These terms govern your use of the Collector's Dugout app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What the app does
Collector's Dugout is a tool for creating and managing eBay listings for trading cards: it photographs cards, uses AI to draft listings, publishes them to your connected eBay account, and tracks your sales. It also offers optional features like price watching and grading suggestions.
Your listings are yours
- AI drafts can be wrong. Card identification, condition suggestions, price estimates, and generated titles/descriptions are automated best guesses. Review every listing before you publish — you are responsible for its accuracy.
- You are the seller. Listings publish to your eBay account under your name. You are responsible for complying with eBay's policies, shipping what you sell, handling returns, and paying any eBay fees, shipping costs, and taxes.
- Price and grading info is not financial advice. Comparable-sale figures and grading return estimates are informational only.
Your eBay account
Connecting eBay authorizes the app to act on your behalf through eBay's official APIs (creating listings, reading orders, sending offers you initiate). You can revoke this access at any time from your eBay account settings or by deleting your app account.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use it for unlawful activity.
Subscriptions
Optional paid plans are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings. eBay's fees are separate and always your responsibility.
Not affiliated
Collector's Dugout is an independent app. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with eBay Inc., Apple Inc., PSA, BGS, or any card manufacturer. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, listing errors, missed sales, or actions taken by eBay against your seller account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
